Anyone Can Use Kadoink

You don't even need to be a member to use many of our features. We did this because we figured out how you can get a lot more out of your existing mobile phone, and we believe it should be easy. Mostly, we want Kadoink to be a fun and useful service—without making you jump through hoops to use it. So, we made it easy for members to interact and share with non-members—in both directions.

So, we ask you—all Kadoink users—members and non-members—to please abide by the following rules. The rules require you to 1) make sure you own the copyrights of anything you make public; 2) not publicly post or share obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material; or 3) not post anything rude, lewd, or offensive. We will block anyone from using Kadoink, but hate doing it. Please use Kadoink with others in mind.

Please Follow These Rules:

• Kadoink minipages and publicly used Mobile kTags are not for pornographic or sexually explicit content. Don't make anything public if it falls into this category. Also, be advised that we will report child exploitation.

• Don't publicly share material demonstrating or describing dangerous or illegal acts, like animal abuse, drug abuse, or bomb making.

• Graphic or gratuitous violence is not allowed. If your material demonstrates someone getting hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don't share it publicly.

• Don't post gruesome material of accidents, death, and stuff like that. This includes war-related material intended to shock or disgust.

• Respect copyright. Only use Kadoink for posting and sharing materials that you made or that you have obtained the rights to use. This means, don't record, upload, or text anything you didn't make, or use content in your posted materials that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or any media made by anyone else, without their permission.

• Free speech is a great thing. We support and encourage you to express yourself. We even agree to provide service to those expressing unpopular viewpoints. But we don't permit hate speech, which contains slurs, or the malicious use of stereotypes intended to attack or demean a particular gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or nationality.

• We do not tolerate predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members' personal information. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from using Kadoink.

• Spamming is strictly forbidden. We do not tolerate anyone gaming the Kadoink system. Do not spam other Kadoink users or use Kadoink services to spam non-members. Do not create false or spam-driven descriptor tags, create false accounts, or use machine code to drive or interface with any Kadoink functions. You are permitted to initiate Kadoink commands to large numbers of people. The number is limited and multiple use of this feature will automatically freeze your account.\r

Please follow these rules. Failure to do so may require us to ban you from ever using Kadoink again. This includes terminating your existing account and all the material and contacts you've added to this account. You will also be restricted from creating any future accounts.

More on Free Speech

You may simply dislike or even disapprove of something posted via Kadoink (at our Web site or some place else online or offline). Feel free to report anything, but let’s work together to insure that a reported abuse actually violates our Terms of Use.
